Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Support Center to submit a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request with your order number and reason for return.

  Prepare Your Shipment

  Securely pack your hardware in its original box with all included cables and components to ensure safe transit back to our facility.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Once approved, attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection and Refund

  Our technicians will inspect the unit upon arrival, and once verified, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
